WHAT'S A U PART WIG?

U part wigs are clip on wigs with a leave out area for natural hair to cover tracks. 

WHAT ARE LACE WIGS? 

Lace wigs are a full coverage protective styling wig  with a realistic scalp like hairline.

WHAT'S A WRAP AND DRAWSTRING PONYTAIL?

Both are hairpieces ponytail styled. Featuring small combs and a  drawstrings or Velcro wrap band  that can be attached to natural hair.The difference is in the application process.

WHAT WILL THE "READY TO WEAR" COLLECTION FEATURE

HOW LONG WILL MY EXTENSIONS LAST?

This collection will feature quick on the go extensions. Clip Ins , Wrap Ponytails and Upart wigs. All extensions taking seconds to install after natural hair preparation.

With proper care and minimum heat styling tools your extensions can last anywhere from 6 months to a year.

Include your order number and email used for purchase  for further details. Product photos are required, you will receive full refund for product after item is expected and returned to warehouse. This is not including shipping return fee.

 

Can I return or exchange an opened set?

The short answer would be no. Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product by law. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers.

Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure the security seals haven't been tampered with. If we find the seals have been tampered with, you will not receive a refund or exchange. If you have any questions or concerns, please email our team at opulencebyluxury@gmail.com

How long does shipping take?

Please note: The shipping times listed below are estimates , please allow 4-6 weeks for Pre Orders to arrive. 

 

United States

Standard Shipping (USPS) - FREE - 4 to 6 weeks  PRE ORDERS ONLY 

International Shipping 

No international shipping at the moment.

 

Confirmation Email

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 24 hours. Please be sure to double-check that our email didn't end up in your junk/spam or promotions folder. If you still aren't able to find it, please email us at opulencebyluxury@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to help you.

 

Tracking Email

You will receive a second email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.

 

Tracking Continued

If you haven't received this email, please check your junk/spam or promotions folder to ensure it was not filtered there. If you aren't able to find it, please email us at opulencebyluxury@gmail.com.If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 business days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time. 

 

Out for Delivery/Delivered Email

Once your order is out for delivery, we will send you a reminder email to look out for your package. Finally, once your order has been delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.

Shipping Terms and What They Mean

Below are some common shipping terms you may see on your tracking link. 

 

Label Created 

The shipping label has been created and is awaiting its first scan from the carrier.

 

In Transit 

The package is in transit

Delivery Attempt 

A delivery attempt was made to the address provided.

 

Delivered 

The package was delivered to the address provided.

 

Clearance Event

The package is being processed or held at customs.

 

Processing with International Carrier

The package is being processed at customs

 

Address Invalid

The carrier cannot recognize the address provided.

 

Package Returned to Sender

The package has been returned back to us.

 

Arrival at Pick-Up Point 

The package has been rerouted to a post office for pickup.
